After Spencers panic attack when offered a rat i'm obviously going to have to go softly softly with him. What is the best way to encourage a reluctant snake to eat rats as well as mice. Thank you

I'm actually cutting back Big T's feeding since he has now topped 1050 grams. All beef and no podge but I think that's big enough.

Yeah I'll echo Baldy, corns are fine on mice unless he is underweight and you're looking to add a bit of beef to him. If he doesn't want to eat rats though no point pushing the matter.

Any reason for changing to rats if it is content with mice?

Big T refused a 'test' rat for a change and refused point blank. Hasn't refused large mice since.
