What a mess, Morse is never straight forward.
He started to shed 3 days ago, he removed head and eyecaps and some length of body, I added a moist cloth over warm hide to help, didn't seem to help, so today he was subjected to a warm bath in a tub and made to slither through a towel, eventually in about three pieces I think it is all off.
I just hope the tail tip is off, he is so miniscule (7g) I found it hard to see.

Thanks for your reassurance that things will hopefully improve, it is good to know that I'm not alone :)

When Jake first shed we had a massive problem with his shed! Like yours his head and some of the body came off but the majority of his body was just flakey bits. We let him in the sink with some warm water damped a bit of kitchen roll and let him run through it all the skin came off including the tiny little bit of tail at the end (was a similar size 9g). That was his first shed with us and thankfully we've never had a problem since putting some damp moss in when he's blue. Although a couple of times he's been sneaky and done it without us noticing and was perfect! Fingers crossed that the next one won't be as bad as the first one!

Hey Blackcat, we had the same problems with Corno's 1st 2 sheds with us - but she finally managed on her own this weekend, so hold in there, hopefully he'll manage it eventually too!
