Posted - 30/01/2012 : 00:04:42 after refusing for 2 weeks, Punkin has just eaten a jumbo mousie and has gone back into his viv with a nice fat belly. I was just getting to the point where I was about to write a neurotic post about it, turns out he's just feeling a bit lazy at the moment, and couldn't be fagged with doing the jump-grab-wiggle-curl-chomp process. He wanted it left on the floor of the rub in a dark place under the table, so he could lay next to it like an ancient roman, and swallow it at a leisurely, (and private) pace.. I'm just glad about the fat belly. |

Posted - 30/01/2012 : 00:48:07 You dont have to worry about 2 weeks off the food, its quite normal for them to have a little food break every now and again, specially around this time of year. My Royal has only just started eating again after a 4 month break; its just something snakes do. |
