Well after having Maizie for a couple of months, my Hubby has finally become addicted to Cornies too, so meet our new baby, Smudge; she's an Ultramel Motley

We're still not certain if Smudge is a boy or girl, my gut instinct says girl because of the length of the tail, but there's a debate going on between us and the reptile centre lol. We were going to get Smudge probed today but when we turned up to bring her home we found her very deep in blue so we couldn't have it done. Anyway, for the time being we're going to refer to Smudge as a she she's usually a very bright orange colour, but it's amazing the difference being in blue has made to her colour; she looks like a completely different snake

Too much excitement for one day is not good for a girl!!

LMAO @ Mort, thanks for your support mate you're right though, major fail and the scary thing is, I'm already thinking hmmmmm, what could I get next that's a bit bigger; it's only the bitiness that's stopped me from getting a boa or python in the first place. I must admit, I was VERY tempted by the Mexican Pine Snakes and the Bull Snake they had at the rep centre yesterday. It was the mimicking of a rattlesnake that put me off the Bull, but the Pines are really nice, they just get a bit too long for the size of viv I would have to facilitate in the house (I must keep telling myself that lol)

Ha ha ha FAIL!!!
You were doomed from the start. Great you've got hubby in on it too. You'll have a rep room in no time!

Aww, thanks both. I must admit that when I first joined the forum and everyone was warning that it would be the first of many, I was very cynical and thought 'no, not me, one is plenty, I really don't want any more than than'!!!!! lmao, now, I'd have a house full haha I did ask Hubby if he'd consider giving up his 'man cave' so we could have our very own rep room, but he didn't like that idea obviously, the addiction hasn't quite hit home as hard for him (yet)
