O.M.G the snake returns!(actually dont think it left)after finding no snake in viv i put it on the floor with door open and a pinkie to entice him home ,12 am,searched house 4 6 hours no luck, walked bk in lounge at 1 15 am only to find pinkie being eaten by the missing snake ,he had found a small hole in the casing of the viv and decided he liked it and stayed all day ,happy days!thanks for all advice

Get yourself wedges or a lock asap, so when you do find him, and i am sure you will, hopefully it wont happen again, somepeople jam the gap with cardboard

So sorry, hope you find him soon, meantime find how he escaped, try to fix the problem
Okeetee Mick Posted - 25/11/2011 : 19:59:13
As lotabob says fingers crossed, how did he escape?
lotabob Posted - 25/11/2011 : 18:43:00
Probably an obvious one but it dropped really cold last night, look under the substrate.

Fingers crossed you find it soon. Hatchlings and vivariums dont mix.

Oh no!
Try bottle traps - there are more ideas and help here too: http://www.thecornsnake.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=12170

Other than that... its just a waiting game, i'm afraid
