I know chickens are short lived but I didn't expect to say goodbye to this girl so soon :( We found her at the side of a main road around the start of the year so no known history as we couldn't locate the owners. She was such a lovely noisy girl, anyway looking happy, every now and again she would look sorry for herself but the vet couldn't find anything wrong and she always perked right up again. Last night she suddenly looked majorily ill when teh day before she was perfect so we brought her indoors where she passed away. 
This is probably one of the saddest one yet :( she used to follow me around everywhere she could. |

Thanks guys :( running out of room to bury stuff. Don't feel sad about chicken roast scotty, I eat chicken I don't care about eatin chicken at all, I would only feel bad if it was one of my pets. |

That's such a shame, but at least you gave her a lovely home to spend her last months in.It's always your favourite you lose with chickens too |
