Posted - 03/10/2011 : 14:13:55 Over the past few weeks I've noticed,as have my kids that my 2 yearling...ish males have been very active. They are feeding as normal, but are out and about a hell of a lot more.than they used to be. Nothing has changed enclosure wise or location wise. Was wondering whether it could be an hormonal thing perhaps as I know its not breeding time really? I'm not worried, just curious. |

He's been ignoring it for a few weeks. Either that or he plays with it pushing it high speed with his nose around the rub. |

Posted - 03/10/2011 : 19:39:30 So I can expect Elvis to be off his food tomorrow then if the weather makes him think it's sexy time...
Mind, he's gonna be in for a shock coz the temps are about to plummet... |

Posted - 03/10/2011 : 16:56:32 it was only 2 weeks ago that i put up a post saying the exact same thing :) ..... fluffy is still out and about now, only hides just after he's eaten ... he has been like it for about 5 weeks too and is also about 16 months |

Posted - 03/10/2011 : 16:55:25 I could understand if it had been this last week. Its been for the last 3-4,maybe 5 weeks though, and some of them were really cold! Maybe its a coming of age thing? |

Posted - 03/10/2011 : 16:05:31 Must be the temp. Mine was happily exlporing around on Sunday after feeding. Also went to the bro in-laws last night two of his snakes were moochig about or just generally curled up out of their hides. The other was in blue so was hiding. |

Posted - 03/10/2011 : 16:00:38 Plissken is doing exactly the same thing. It's definitly the temp change; he done the same in the spring.
Which I found out was when he wanted some sweet snake love. |

Posted - 03/10/2011 : 15:08:53 Maybe the werid tempreture issues britain seems to be having? Like 2 weeks ago it was all cold and wet and now we have tempretures that match what we had in the summer? |

Posted - 03/10/2011 : 14:43:57 weird! I've also noticed Elvis is showing himself a bit more often as well! Wouldn't say he's out-and-about active, but I often see his head poking out the hide these days, whereas he ALWAYS used to stay well hidden! Something in the air maybe... lol |
