just cleaned out phoenix's viv and noticed i did not have the temp probe right on the floor so moved it an it went up to 32c so i quickly checked jeff's was the same not on the floor moved and it shot up to nearly 37c! thank god hes been on the other side of the viv.
spent 15 mins fanning air into the viv to get the temp down, both now on 28-29c with stats turned right down will adjust this evening to get them spot on (slaps self round the head for being a moron) |

good idea, i saw some other pics where someone else had those stick on hooks/clips holding the leads in place |

Good spot! I can't remember who it is (possibly Mamma?!?), but they had a great idea of securing the probe to the mat with a hot glue gun - something i plan to do in the near future |
