Hey guys, am thinking of going to ask my local reptile shop if I can do some volunteer work at his shop.
Was just wondering if you lot think he will accept my offer, i'm only 17, I dont want to be paid, would just be nice to get some more experience with these wonderful creatures that we all love haha.
I dont go to college or school so would keep me busy too, and it's something I would like to do in the future (working with reptiles etc)
Do you lot think it's a silly thing to ask?
I dont want to look like an idiot, just really want to get some more experience

I'm sure they'd be happy with a volunteer :D. If not, maybe they have some nice wildlife projects nearby? I didn't think there'd be any around my town, turns out we have a grass snake monitoring / preservation group, was able to join that one and work with snakes a lot :D |

thats what i did for my DofE, boss saw that i had a wide knowledge on reps so as soon as my DofE was over i got a job there :) this was in june :) BUT beware of all the reps you will be getting/wanting.... |
