Posted - 30/04/2011 : 13:49:11 Hoggies tend to hide in daft places in the substrate, usually coiled up tight in a corner. The female boa hides underneath her plant. THe male boa sits on top of the hoggie house. The hondo at the moment just stays lurking on top of the substrate. All the kings do what they want and generally the more they can trash, the better. Sounds all normal to me. Most snakes will generally try to find the smallest space they can to hide and curl up in. The smaller the space, the more secure it is. Think someone on here once had to cut an ornament apart after their snake got into a small hole in a decoration and couldn't get out.
