Posted - 31/03/2011 : 19:33:23 Never grip the snake. I tell anyone who is about to handle my snakes that they are essentially a tree for the snake to climb round. As the snake moves through your fingers, move a hand in front of it for the snake to move onto. This may have to be done quite quickly as a young corn is a somewhat swift mover. And as Lee says, don't appear nervous or hesitate. The more confident you are, the more your snake will trust you. Good luck and above all enjoy your corn. |
