So if I had a corn snake which I was unsure of the sex would it be 0.0.1?

Definitely the right place

In short, you use the decimal places to indicate the sex of your snakes. So, going left to right, it's "number of males.number of females.unsure of sex"

So.. If I had a male and two female snakes, it would be "1.2.0". Or if I had say three male snakes, 5 female snakes and one I wasn't sure of, it would be "3.5.1".

Its just quantity and sex illustrated :)
