Lacey goes for a swim at shed time but he hates it soooo much so I have to let her rest on my hands in the water or she just flips bless her. But she can swim and I can see some snakes enjoying it. :)

Swimming is actually a really good exercise if, like me, you live in a tiny flat that has no stairs! Also, having to swim to stay afloat means the snakes are more likely to move - mine, if I put them on the sofa for a 'run around' tend to just sit and look at me like 'what?' XDD I don't think it would cause too much stress if you do it on an intermittent basis.

thanks for that.
i'll leave it for now then

Unless they need to, its not a good idea. It might stress them out. Its worth it if they have a bad shed or have mites but unless there is a genuine reason to chuck them in the bath I wouldn't.

They can swim, I just don't think they would purposely go for a swim, when I put mine in the bath for some swimming, they son't seem to like it much anyway although some might.
