What are your snakes called and how did you come up with the name??

shikira - my first snakie.. cos just happened she used to come out when the singer played on the radio or whatever
maxamay - cos i couldnt reli call him may but he was a bday pressie (bday in may)
dimes - she has a diamond shape marking on her head
siass - mums choice...
twilight - that kinda colouring
snoopy - bah i love snoopy and woodstock :D
scooby - everyone loves the tv shows scooby and he is afraid of everything just fits
skittles - she was a lil skittish when i got her
pippa - my first hatchling also the first to pip
goldie - colouring
eclipse - just liked it at the time
squiggles - she is just a worm that bites :)
topaz - no reason just she needed a name :D
and then the kings pikachu cos pickachu is a ace name and then tash cos he has a tash obv :D |

Cinders - Cos she was a wee fiery devil as a hatchie, also because she is now my princess 
Tamika - Liked the sound, and it suits her, but usually shortened to Tam, or T bird 
Ketchup - Came with that name, suited her
Hendrix - Named for a guitar legend died too young. I call him Jimi when I feel cheerful
Satch - Named for a guitar legend who is thankfully still with us. Call him Joe when I feel cheerful |

Hi our snake is called Striker, my son Jo named him before we got him as it sounded cool and really action packed, and I must say he lives up to his name when feeding, he puts on a great show bless  |

EIFEL......the head markings look like the eifel tower.
MONA & LISA....2 beutifull girls.
MOJO & MARSHALL....they were named by prior owner. |

I tend to have a running theme with my animals though,
Cooper - As in Alice
Ozzy the hamster prince of darkness and son of satan
Jimi and Kurt the kick ass gerbils

Dinger - I was watching a film and one of the characters was called Dinger so i though "hey, what a cool name!"
Goonie - The Goonies is one of my favourite films
Felix - i was scrolling through a bunch of names and Felix just stuck
Salem - Sort of after Salems Lot since he's a bit spooky looking, and sort of to go with the 'cat theme' with Felix
Mew - Short of muesli and again sticking with the cat theme for some reason
Rumpelsnakeskin - there is a list of snake names on here and i thought that one was fab! Plus i was watching Shrek 4 and thought Rumpelstiltskin was aweseome
Harrison - after George Harrison
Bruno - the first name to jump out at me when i saw him, and it seems to suit him
Dela - the name of a song i was listening to by a south african singer (she is a south african snake!)

I have Spot named because of the fact he is spotty and Duke because he is a Royal. Not exactly clever but they suit them. |

I have a 4ft tv unit that I have converted into a rub rack. I currently have 3 fauns and 5 rubs on it but have just removed the 2 bottom drawers so I can fit another 4 9L rubs
I can also fit bigger rubs when needed. Some snakes will go into viv stacks once bigger but some will stay in appropriate sized rubs.

Alice - Eldest sons snake. He named him after a friend at school
Izzy - Came with the name even tho we discovered she was a he
Carmellia - A kind of combination of caramel and amel (which makes a butter)
Peanut - Cos he's a butter
Swayze - After Patrick Swayze because he is a ghost (named from the film not because I think Patrick Swayze is a ghost lol)
Getting a new snake on Sunday so will have to start thinking of a name for her |
