I have only ever seen one of mine shed and that was because I stayed up to watch. You eventually learn what their pre-shed routine is. I know that Alice goes into hiding and turns a lovely shade of pink, then he clears for 2-3 days but remains hidden. Then the day before he sheds he becomes more active again. I missed him shed today because i had to go to work.

Aww, shame you missed it but sounds like a perfect shed.

Nimbus just carrys on as normal when blue. Eats and is ok to handle too.

Shame, maybe next time you'll see it. Some snakes are quite happy to eat, be handled and carry on as normal while in shed. None of mine are bothered by shedding, they just carry on as usual.
Hope you get to witness a shed soon, it's awesome to watch!

Get used to that, I have only seen 1 shed and that was purely by accident.
