Soo glad She's been out =]=]=] Hearts beating like mad but s'all good =] Best things arnt planed.. When should I try handle her again ? few days ?

Posted - 12/01/2011 : 04:50:47 I am going to get her out a few more times with gloves just to make myself feel better as she knew I was scared lol I dint let go of her head so she couldn't bite me, next time I'll try hold abit down from her head and hopefully end up with her sliding around :)

Posted - 11/01/2011 : 13:17:50 As Kaz said, is Ambition a bit of a handful? Not had any dealings with Rat snakes, but told they are very similar to corns. 9/10 once they are out they are fine (if there a bit fiesty in the viv) Just brave it, and grab her with your hands (not too hard obviously lol) it's soooo worth it! |

You should try as much as you can to handle with your bare hands, so they get used to your feel and smell etc.
Gloves are useful as a starter if you're too timid though |
