Spunky is nearly 4 foot long! She's STUCK inside a plastic/rock cave!! It's a hollow thing with a tiny hole and I'm pretty sure she can't move her body enough to point her head out the hole! I dangled a mouse in and I can hear her struggling around. She really can't get out! It's feeding day and she's hungry so she definately doesn't WANT to stay! She's very very squashed! I don't wanna try sawing it open in case I..... Ugh!

So yeah I'm sittin here very confused! Hurry!

oh dear lord D:
I started panicking when I read that! then I calmed down after reading she was safe and 'well lubed' hahah

She probably would have got out in the end, but I think I would have panicked too if it was my snake!

Yep I know, sounds rather bad but Its the truth. The fact that I'm definately a GIRL should clear things up!

Is it one of those exo-terra ones? I know my snakes have got tuck in them but they always managed to free themselves.
Katie.Dublin Posted - 10/10/2010 : 18:46:02
I killed my new hide good and proper! Pliers and a hack saw. And olive oil! So now I have a very relieved and lubed up snake! -as bad as that sounds! Wait till you see the pics of this! What do you think she's at now? She's gobbling down her mouse! Apparently she doesn't get stressed too easy!

I am very very happy:)
a33272 Posted - 10/10/2010 : 18:39:46

Katie.Dublin Posted - 10/10/2010 : 18:25:44
Omg I am actually sitting on the floor of my room, sawing my snake out of a cave!! Fun Sunday evenin. I better not miss dinner for this.
Sika Posted - 10/10/2010 : 18:15:31
Can you make the hole bigger some way?
Katie.Dublin Posted - 10/10/2010 : 18:11:32
There's nowhere to put the oil though! I have a hack saw here. I'm photographing my progress! :(
Sika Posted - 10/10/2010 : 18:08:29
Oh feel with you! But don't know... some olive oil? Thinking "how do you get a child out" but don't know what to do with a snake, and how not to harm it :-S
