I am no expert Sam but I guess it could be a scale that was retained from the last shed or, as Mikey suggested, a loose scale which can happen if Tiny had pushed under something and it has rucked a scale up. I dont THINK it is anything to worry about and will probably be sorted out when she next sheds.

One thing I would suggest is that you remove any substrate you have in her viv and replace it with kitchen roll....just until she next sheds. If she burrows you dont want to risk an infection if the scale is raised to the point of exposing the skin....which is something I had with Silvesta after a very bad shed.

Edited cos of terrible brain fog that led to even worse spelling !

does it look like her eyes are cloudy? or has she taken a milky colouring allover? if so it is possibly a shed due.
if not it could be a loose scale but i dnt think this is any thing to worry about as it will probably be repaired through the shedding process :]
