Posted - 29/08/2010 : 09:33:17 Breeder is your best bet as everyone suggested. Glad you're going to get a snake, you won't be disappointed with a cornsnake, they're great! Do lots of research first........better for you and the snake in the long run. |

Posted - 29/08/2010 : 09:08:19 May I add it also depends on age, hatchlings are ususally cheaper than yearlings, adults, etc.
For a normal hatchling a pet shop wanted to charge me 40 quid (I think that is a hell of a lot) whereas a breeder only wanted to charge me 15 quid, so yeah I would recommend trying to find a breeder. Also breeders usually have the knowledge that pet shops dont and if you find a really good breeder they are fantastic because they really love the snakes and they can have hints and tips from what they have tried since a majority have been keeping snakes a long time.
Hope this helps you! :) Tiffany-x |

Posted - 28/08/2010 : 23:46:24 that depends on the morph of the snake, it's also cheaper to buy from a private breeder than a rep shop :] for example i paid £55 from the pet shop for mine! where as a private breeder it would of been £20-£30 |

Posted - 28/08/2010 : 23:45:58 It depends on the morph, different morphs vary in price, form £10 upto several hundred, even thousands for some very rare morphs. |
