Saffys having her kittens :D she came up onto the sofa and started pushing and i didnt want to move her incase she was put off. The first kitten was coming out backwards, she'd burst the sack licking it as it came out, i could see the cord was broke and she was meowing up at me between cleaning herself. So I helped a little by pulling gently while she was having contractions,. two contractions and the little black and white boy was out, she grabbed him moment he was out and ran back into her hiding place where shes now cleaning him off. He's making little meowing noises and trying to latch on while she clean shim lol soo cute :D

OOhhh dear, if I was near you I'd be offering to adopt that tabby!! That 'we are not amused' expression! (And all the time they're laughing at you...)

They are gorgeous! And Saffy looks so proud!

Bless her - glad everything went so well, and good luck with the fostering - in the 1970s I had a moggie who had five kittens, and then some kids turned up with a tiny unweaned kitten (don't know where that had come from and kids wouldn't tell me) but I put him in the box when mother cat wasn't looking and she settled down and fostered him okay. Saffy's ideal to do some fostering with only two kitties - she'll be eating you out of house and home, though - they have hollow legs when they're nursing!

All the very best!

Aww I miss having a cat Would love to have some little kittens but I live in a flat and I'm not allowed! I'm technically not alowed my snake but when the landlord comes over I'm just gonna stick a sheet over the viv and say it's my girlfriends art that no one can see!

How do you mean, you won't be tempted??

lol i've had bad luck with boy cats, they always tend to get run over or stolen, at old house i had one run over and here i had one stolen. So I stick to females, they more skittish.

Ah, I'm sorry to hear that. Your boy is gorgeous too - little tiger! I've always had a soft spot for tabbies - I haven't got one and I shouldn't have any more cats, but if a stray arrived ... well...Well, if a stray arrived it wouldn't matter if it was tabby or not - that's how I seem to have acquired my cats over the last 8 years.

Congrats again on the births - have any more arrived or was that it? Sounds ok if she's curled up and slept with them.

Hope you've been able to have a lie in this morning!

All the best!

EDIT: Looks like she just had the two, I left her to it at 1:30 cause she had settled down and was sleeping happily.
