Cool cheers guys
I have an exo erra for Beetlejuice, they are the dugs baws !!!! lol
I'm defo getting an exo terra for the already named "Chewbacca" lol
Do you think the exo terra light canopy will be cool with a night 25 watt bulb as a heating source???? Also does that stay on 24/7??
They are such cool wee guys!!
The main thing i'm concerned about is the heating

Hi
Our little Echo is in one of the exoterra's too. Most homes are quite warm enough for a crestie without the need for extra heating. Cresties can easily get too hot, in fact too much heat can kill them. Like Danny said between 72-78 is best. They do like humidity of between 50-70% but this can be flexible.
Do you have any other questions? Are you ok on substrates, feeding etc?
They are super little guys. If you decide to get one you won't be disappointed!

i have three

like Danny, i have two exo terras so have lamps on top
one is just a plain old glass tank so i put the heatmat on the side (since they spend most of the time up in the trees or plants or whatever).
Putting it on the floor would just heat the substrate, and since they hardly ever spend time on the floor that'd be a bit of a waste

i don't use a heat mat, i have an exo terra for for my boy and have the canopy thing in it with an exo terra night 25 watt bulb in it, but if you are using a faun for them then i would advise putting the mate on the side where your gecko likes to hide the most or were most of your plants are but make sure it is statted to the wall temp, as cresties only need temps of about 75 farenheit 72-78 being the best temp range with it ranging all the time.
