I remember seeing a topic about it on where to get plants so I went in there since I was near it today and wow :o

Like seriously, the plants in there are amazing! I got two of each different colured Ivy to decorate my viv's once thye stack has been made and I have put some of them into Venoms viv now and they are amazing! They are about 38" long doubled up.

I feel so stupid! >.< a few weeks ago I bought some lucky reptile plants that were like £3.50 each and for about 9p more I got better looking and quality ones. Theres like at least 4 times as much stuff on this Dunelm mill stuff than the exotrra small plants with those suction pads.

Sorry I'm so happy with my shopping purchases >>; I'm considering going back and buying 4 more XD I was thinking about getting Venom a big pink flower to put i his viv but I'm not sure he would have appricted that XD

I am like you Jay, cant get to a store to buy but would love to as want to 'green up' my vivs....but the cost of postage probably makes it just as expensive as getting it from my local reptile place .

They do strings of that in our local garden center, look like the English Ivy, but it's about £10 . They do look great though

Sta~ple what's the name of the ivy you got? I can't seem to find it on their website. Actually rephrase that, what was the type of Ivy you got?

I went to Dunelm for the first time last week and stocked up on stuff. Just moved Izzy into the viv stack n got it all decorated. Unfortunately he isnt really appreciating it yet as when i moved him in i noticed his belly was all cloudy so now he is hiding.

Its a fabulous shop and I'm only glad that I was short on time because otherwise I would have spent a fortune.

I'm guessing you don't live near one :( sometimes pound shops have fake plants so if you pass one you could always have a gander.

Ohh I bought 2 pieces of wood as well for my hatchies, one is sat under it right now ^^

I saw the boxes as well ^^ shame they don't have pre-made holes in them :p I never saw nay massive ones though :(
Figs Posted - 08/06/2010 : 17:57:04
it is awesome

the mopani wood or whatever is nice - theres some in all my gecko vivs!
and they sell really big cheap boxes too (Dinger is living in one)

lets hope they dont find out how much reptile keepers like it - they'll bump up the prices on everything
